We accept payments with any mayor credit card, Paypal or Money Order.

We are require to charge 7% sales tax for buyers located on the state of Florida. Please indicate your full name and shipping address with your remittance.
Turn-around time:
- Smocked dresses and Knitted outfits: They are shipped within 48 hours after payment is received, Monday through Friday.
- Monogram outfits: They are shipped within 72 hours after payment is received Monday through Friday.
Monogram Information
Monograms are up to 3 characters only. They should go in the following order"
first name initial, last name initial , second name initial.

Cancellations
We reserve the rights to cancel any order. We will notify the buyer about the cancellation within 24 hours and monies will be fully refunded in the same method it was paid.
Shipping
Shipping for first item is U$ 3.95, any additional item would be U$1.75. We offer FREE shipping for any purchase over U$ 175.00 or more! We use USPS First Class, Priority Mail and UPS (for rush orders and for an additional price). Shipping charges do not include insurance. If you would like to buy insurance, pls contact me first.
For international shipments: We cannot be held responsible for any delay or lost of your shipment in your country. We will ship by First Class Mail, UN-INSURED, unless specified the otherwise. Transit time is about 7-10 business days.
Refunds/Exchanges
We will accept any return and/or exchange within 5 days after products was received. Item must be unworn and in original conditions. You must contact us first to let us know that the item will be returned. We will refund your payment or exchange sizes accordingly. Shipping costs are not refundable unless there was a mistake made in our side.
Due to the nature of the item, Monogram outfits cannot be exchange or refund unless there was a mistake made by us.
